中国メディアによりますと、中国内陸部の湖北省の花火と爆竹を販売する店で18日午後、爆発と火災があったということです。
約50平方メートルが焼け、すでに12人が死亡したと報じられています。
当局が原因を調べています。
中国では前日の17日に人々が爆竹などで新しい年を祝う「春節」を迎えたばかりです。
